2 Chainz Biography

Tauheed Epps, also known as 2 Chainz, is a hip rapper and hip America. He is a Georgia native and formed the hip-hop duo Playaz Circle with a friend from high school. Their first album, titled "Supply and Demand" was an unremarkable success. Epps released his album 'Based on the T.R.U. Story', his debut studio album. It reached the top spot on the US Billboard 200 and was an enormous success. In the very first week following release, it was sold out to 147,000 copies. Since the release of this album, there has been no looking back for him and he rose to become one of the top hip-hop artists in the US. He has been nominated for six Grammy Awards so far. One of them was awarded to his track "No Problem". After his bag containing marijuana and promethazine was discovered inside his luggage on a flight leaving Los Angeles International Airport, he was arrested. His brush with law hasn't had any effect on his popularity. His fourth and latest studio album , 'Pretty Girls Like Trap Music' released in June of 2017. "Based on the T.R.U. Story', the debut studio album of 2 Chainz, can be regarded as his debut album and also the most successful album of his career. The album reached the top spot on the US Billboard 200. It also sold 147,000 copies within a single week. The album ultimately sold 623,000 copies throughout the year. The album was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album' at the 55th Grammy Awards. Most reviews were positive. 2 Chainz married Kesha Ward in 2013. The couple is proud parents to three children Heavenly, Harmony, Halo. He has had a long and prosperous career but is well-known for his penchant for getting in legal trouble. He was arrested numerous times for possession of drugs.
